Over 25 years, more than fifty unique courses have been designed and facilitated with over 400 groups in three continents.
This experience has taught that learning involves action and reflection which is best facilitated through group processes.
The approach is to engage with clients through the whole process where we together identify learning needs, design participatory approaches, facilitate learning and evaluate outcomes across the spectrum of social action
Skills
Skills training requires practice and to this end, courses in business skills through the Flow Canvas, courses in counselling skills, shift planning skills, learning facilitation skills through Training the Trainer courses and skills in group faciliation using study circles are offered.
Values
One of the core offerings is the design and facilitation of a variety of learning experiences that explore values and ethics as they apply to social situations. These are usually designed as participatory games such as the Star-Power Game and the Values Game.
Insight
Over the years, unique insights into a variety of social phenomena such as "The Schlent", "The Theory of Barry", non-formal social organization, political philosophy and research methodology have been emerged.
